Hello & Welcome to
Phase Homes!
You'll have your own bedroom that you can decorate and make your own. There's a comfortable living room where you can relax, watch TV, or play games, a kitchen where you'll learn to cook (if you don't already know how), and a garden where you can play or just enjoy being outside.
The adults who work here are called support workers, but you can call them by their first names. They're here to look after you, help you with any problems, and make sure you have what you need.
One of the team will become your key worker – this is someone you can talk to about anything that's important to you, and who will help you with your plans and goals.

Daily Life
On school days, staff will help you get ready for school with breakfast and any other preparation you need. After school, there's time for homework, activities, and relaxation.
Mealtimes are important at Phase Homes – we eat together like a family, and you'll have the opportunity to help plan menus and learn to cook if you'd like to.
Bedtimes depend on your age:
- Ages 10-12: 9:00 PM
- Ages 13-14: 9:30 PM
- Ages 15-16: 10:00 PM
- Age 17: 10:30 PM
You’ll receive pocket money each Friday, which you can spend or save as you choose. The amount depends on your age.

Activities & Opportunities
We'll support you to:
- Keep up with hobbies you already have
- Join clubs or groups in the local area
- Try new activities and experiences
- Learn practical skills like cooking, budgeting, and using public transport
- Prepare for further education, training, or employment
We have an activities coordinator who works with everyone to plan fun and interesting things to do, both at home and in the community.
We also organize special celebrations for birthdays, cultural events, and achievements.
